The Role

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and own hiring end to end — from sourcing to close. You'll be responsible primarily for recruiting a large range of technical and non technical roles, while building a strong employer brand that positions Slice as a top destination in a competitive market.

Full-time, immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates (LinkedIn, networks, direct outreach, and more)
• Own the recruitment process end to end — from initial screening to offer close
• Build and drive our employer branding strategy and content to attract the right candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs
• Deliver a professional, respectful candidate experience throughout the process
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting developers (technical / tech recruiting)
• Previous startup experience — required
• Immediate availability, full-time
  
  

• Recruiting experience in fintech and/or legaltech
• Experience as part of an in-house recruiting team at a startup
