Data Analyst – Data & Analytics Services Unit - Strategy & Business Development Department

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics Services Unit within the Strategy & Business Development Department.

The role includes analyzing financial and organizational data to generate insights and support business decisions, Improving our data governance and data monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, explore, and map internal data assets, integrating them with external financial data sources to support business documentation and data initiatives
• Develop and maintain organizational data products and a unified data infrastructure
• Analyze trading data and additional financial datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
• Establish and continuously maintain an organizational Data Catalog aligned with evolving business needs
• Perform data quality assurance processes (both manual and automated) on data outputs
• Document data assets, data flows, and organizational data processes (business and logical documentation)
• Work closely with IT data infrastructure teams and multiple stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – required
• Master’s degree in a relevant field – a significant advantage
• Significant Experience working with financial data and capital markets data
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and BI platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, BI tools)
• Strong analytical skills, business orientation, attention to detail, and structured thinking
• Familiarity with the use of organizational AI tools to support data analysis, knowledge management, and insight generation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
