**Job Profile: Technical Customer Success Manager**
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to join our digital transformation company. This key role involves taking part in technical projects and supporting our clients in the digital identity verification (eKYC) space.
**Responsibilities:**
- Managing cross-organizational projects from requirement gathering to go-live (approximately 20%) and providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing clients (approximately 80%).
- Collaborating closely with clients, including strategic accounts domestically and internationally.
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions and leading end-to-end processes.
- Communicating regularly with clients through virtual meetings, status reports, troubleshooting, and improvement suggestions.
- Supporting clients with product bugs, diagnosing issues, and providing technical assistance, including working with APIs and reading JSON data.
- Working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and others.
**Job Details:**
- Full-time position (non-hybrid)
- Location: Ramat Gan / Tel Aviv
**Qualifications:**
- 2-4 years of experience managing technical projects, preferably within SaaS, Fintech, or system customization domains.
- Technical background, including experience working with APIs and JSON.
- Strong business understanding and ability to bridge between development and client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, initiative, organisation, independence, and teamwork abilities.
- Prior experience with integrations or client support roles is a plus.
