As we continue to scale and evolve, we are looking for an experienced, HR Business Partner to join our team in Tel Aviv. The Role

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, combining deep business understanding with hands‑on HR execution. You will lead core HR processes, support organizational growth, and play a key role in shaping and sustaining the company’s organizational culture in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

You will develop a deep understanding of the organization’s business, goals, and challenges, and partner in shaping and implementing HR strategy and policies aligned with business priorities. You will lead and own core HR processes, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee retention, in close partnership with managers supporting team development and performance.

The role involves using HR data and organizational insights to support decision‑making, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements with measurable business impact. You will lead change management initiatives, workforce planning, and the thoughtful scaling of teams, while designing and implementing scalable HR solutions that support continued organizational growth.

A significant part of the role is leading and shaping the organizational culture by translating company values into day‑to‑day behaviors, processes, and people practices. You will also build and implement initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and wellbeing, and collaborate closely with global HR partners to ensure alignment and deliver cross‑functional HR programs across the organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within a fast‑growing organization, along with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions. Proven experience leading core HR processes and managing organizational change is required.

You should be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Experience working with HR data and insights, as well as prior exposure to a global or matrix organization, is considered an advantage. Fluency in Hebrew and high‑level professional English is required, along with the ability to work on‑site from our offices in Tel Aviv.
