Data Analyst

We’re hiring a Data Analyst with leadership potential to join a leading organization in the financial/insurance sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong analyst who is looking to take the next step into a Team Lead position and grow into a managerial role while leading impactful projects and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead operational control activities in the agents’ commissions domain
• Identify irregular payments, operational gaps, and incorrect system implementations
• Develop, maintain, and improve control processes and methodologies
• Build and maintain controls using Power BI and Power Query
• Perform deep data analysis, investigate operational issues, and conduct root cause analysis
• Lead cross-functional projects and work closely with multiple stakeholders
• Write business requirement documents and collaborate with IT and business teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query
• Experience leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders
• Leadership mindset and desire to grow into a Team Lead role
