Role Overview
A leading outsourcing company in the defense sector is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee and manage a strategic defense client.
This role combines client management, HR responsibility, and business development, requiring close interaction with both employees and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing, direct communication with the client (meetings, follow-ups, and professional support)
- Manage and support company employees assigned to the client site throughout their employment lifecycle
- Handle employment terms, contracts, and ongoing HR processes with employees and client managers
- Work closely with senior management as well as operational, production, and engineering teams
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for business growth and support new client acquisition
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment and HR – mandatory
- Experience in service-oriented and sales roles – mandatory
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing roles – mandatory
- Experience in electronic manufacturing recruitment – a strong advantage
- Experience working with outsourced employees – a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites (central region)
