Operations Manager – Packaging & Filling

Role Responsibilities

• Achieving business targets, including service level, waste reduction, labor hours, and OEE performance.
• Analyzing production data, drawing conclusions, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintaining data accuracy within information systems and ensuring data reliability.
• Analyzing performance KPIs and leading RCPS processes for incident investigation.
• Embedding a strong safety and quality culture within the department.
• Managing ongoing work routines with various plant departments (Logistics, Quality & Technology, Maintenance, etc.).
• Handling production process deviations and coordinating required changes with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – required. Preference for Food Technology / Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management.
• Master’s degree – advantage.
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing employees – required.
• Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking) – required.
• Full proficiency in digital work environments and information systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams toward achieving goals, as well as manage multiple interfaces.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• High analytical capabilities and strong data‑driven decision‑making skills.
