Key ResponsibilitiesManage all logistics operations within the Installation Unit, with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities.דרישות:Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or operations management, with responsibility for end-to-end supply chain processes.Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.Strong people-management background, including team leadership, development, and performance management.Experience using KPIs, data analysis, and forecasting to drive operational decisions.Advanced experience working with ERP systems (Oracle – advantage).Proven ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and lead cost-saving initiatives.Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external partners.In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)Experience in the solar or energy industry.Technical background or knowledge in electricity.Experience working with B2C customers or account management.Special NotesAbility to work under high pressure and meet demanding t
