Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Specialist. The role involves fostering strong relationships with customers, Onboarding new clients, training and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include training and onboarding clients, providing responsive support, troubleshooting issues and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. The role also requires collaborating closely with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and success.

Qualifications

  • Ability to train clients on how to use our products
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Empathy and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advantage would be prior knowledge in ERP systems, bookkeeping or accounting
