Client Relationship Manager – Defense Sector (Outsourcing Services)

Role Overview

A leading outsourcing company in the defense sector is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee and manage a strategic defense client.

This role combines client management, HR responsibility, and business development, requiring close interaction with both employees and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing, direct communication with the client (meetings, follow-ups, and professional support)
• Manage and support company employees assigned to the client site throughout their employment lifecycle
• Handle employment terms, contracts, and ongoing HR processes with employees and client managers
• Work closely with senior management as well as operational, production, and engineering teams
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for business growth and support new client acquisition

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and HR – mandatory
• Experience in service-oriented and sales roles – mandatory
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing roles – mandatory
• Experience in electronic manufacturing recruitment – a strong advantage
• Experience working with outsourced employees – a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites (central region)
