About the Role:
• Build and maintain centralized dashboards for stakeholders up to executive level
• Define, standardize, and track KPIs such as Automation Coverage, Defect Escape Rate, Regression Cycle Time, and more
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Measure quality at multiple levels including metrics like MTTR, rework, and production defects
• Deliver automated weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
• Integrate dashboards with data sources such as Jira, Xray, CI/CD pipelines, and automation systems
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in data analysis within data-driven environments
Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex databases
Experience working with APIs and data integrations
Proven experience building and maintaining code-based dashboards (Backend & Frontend)
Hands-on experience with AI tools for data analysis and visualization
Solid understanding of data architecture (DWH, Data Lakes, data layers)
Experience working with tools like Jira and CI/CD systems - advantage
