iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Regional Manager - Spanish speaker to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, negotiate, and recruit new affiliate partners worldwide
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
- Manage, monitor, and analyze affiliate performance on a daily basis
- Optimize affiliate activity, traffic quality, and conversion performance
- Evaluate and improve affiliate offers on both individual and overall levels
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and creative solutions to affiliates
- Motivate affiliates to increase high-quality and valuable traffic
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and performance teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in an online company
such as Forex/Gaming
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing affiliates
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish - a must
- Professional working proficiency in English - a must
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the industry and stay up to date with innovations in
order to initiate and develop new ideas.
