Altius Capital is building a data-driven fintech platform for institutional investors in the alternative investments space.

Our product sits at the intersection of data, finance, and AI - helping clients turn complex data into actionable insights, automation, and smarter decision-making.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with strong hands-on AI experience to join our team.

This is not a “classic” analyst role - it’s a hybrid position for someone who combines analytical thinking with the ability to build AI-driven solutions.

What you’ll do

Analyze and structure complex datasets from multiple sources

Build data workflows and pipelines to support product and business needs

Work hands-on with LLMs to automate processes and generate insights

Design and implement AI-driven data solutions (RAG, agents, automation flows)

Turn raw data into scalable, intelligent features within the product

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

What we’re looking for

1–3 years of experience in data / analytics roles

Strong SQL and analytical thinking

Hands-on experience with AI tools - LLMs, prompt engineering, or building AI workflows

Experience with Python (Pandas / data processing)
