Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team on-site in Haifa. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective support, delivering tailored solutions to clients, and building strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving escalated issues, gathering and analyzing feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Your proactive approach will help ensure customer needs are met at all times while strengthening customer loyalty.
What you will be doing (Responsibilities):
- Full-cycle client support: Proactively managing clients at all stages of their order fulfillment.
- Order Management: Processing requests, monitoring deadlines, and managing orders in an ERP system (Priority / Epicor or similar).
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinating work with adjacent departments — logistics, production, and warehouse — to ensure timely deliveries.
- Problem-solving: Responding promptly to client inquiries, preventing potential delays, and independently resolving operational issues.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation and keeping internal databases organized.
Our expectations (Requirements):
- Languages: English — high level (strictly required for correspondence and communication with clients). Hebrew — not required.
- Proactivity and initiative: This is a key requirement. We are looking for an independent employee who doesn't just follow instructions but drives processes forward and takes ownership.
- Organization: High accuracy, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to work.
- Technical skills: Confident PC user; experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience in B2B customer service, Customer Success Ops, logistics, or order management will be a huge plus.
