Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Affiliate Manager, based in Ramat Gan, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Affiliate Manager will manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, develop strategies to optimize campaigns, and ensure the success of affiliate programs. Key responsibilities include recruiting new affiliates, analyzing performance metrics, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to align on marketing and sales objectives. The role also involves ensuring affiliates have the tools and resources they need for success, as well as staying updated on industry trends and competitive activities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Affiliate Management and Account Management
• Exceptional Communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with Online Marketing strategies and trends
• Highly analytical mindset with skills in performance monitoring and optimization
• Proficiency in relevant affiliate marketing platforms and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in the affiliate or online marketing industry is a plus
