Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end data flow - from data collection and modeling to actionable insights
- Translate complex data into clear business recommendations that drive marketing and product decisions.
- Work closely with client managers, media teams, and product stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Lead the design and evolution of data infrastructure, reporting environments, and measurement frameworks
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across funnels, and proactively surface insights
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting systems that support decision-making at scale
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple data sources
- Take an active role in shaping measurement strategies in a privacy-first environment
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a data-driven environment
- Strong SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets
- 2 years working with GA4 - Must
- Experience with Looker studio- Must. More BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau are an advantage
- Experience with Big Query - Must
- Proven experience turning data into business insights and influencing decision-making
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing / product / client-facing roles)
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance measurement
- Python – strong advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
- High ownership, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Relevant academic background
- Fluent Hebrew & professional-level English
