We're recruiting on behalf of a large, well-known, and innovative financial organization.

The Role Y

ou'll join the Data & Insights team and take a key role in driving data-driven decision making across the organization. From deep-dive analysis to end-to-end project leadership — you'll turn raw data into real business value.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-organizational data and analytics projects end-to-end
• Explore and investigate large-scale data sources and DWH environments
• Define and model data structures to support business needs
• Perform advanced analysis — trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams

What We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience in data research and analysis ✅ Strong SQL skills — complex queries and Stored Procedures ✅ Experience working with large databases — DWH / Big Data ✅ Strong business understanding and stakeholder communication ✅ Detail-oriented, analytical, and independent

Bonus Points

⭐ Python experience for data analysis ⭐ Experience with BI tools — Tableau, Power BI, or BO ⭐ Background in financial sector
