Data Analyst

Leading Telecom Company in Rosh HaAyin is looking for Data Analyst for a full-time role (direct employment).

What you'll actually do:

Analyze operational and financial performance across business units - surface the variances and trends that others miss, and turn them into clear recommendations.

Research the Data Warehouse and operational systems and work closely with BI team to build Data Analytics infrastructure.

Partner with teams across the business (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to define metrics, design processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Build data-driven interactive dashboards

Present findings directly to senior leadership

Identify and champion opportunities for AI and automation in analytics workflows - this is a company that’s ready to move, and you’ll help lead that charge.

 Who you are:

 You’re 3-5 years into your career and already impatient for more impact. You’re the person who doesn’t wait to be told what to analyze - you see the question before anyone asks it. Specifically:

Required:

•       Strong SQL skills - write complex queries fluently.

•       Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, BO, Cognos) - building models and reports, not just viewing them.

•       Advanced Excel, including the ability to turn messy data into clear visual narratives.

•       Sharp analytical thinking paired with genuine business curiosity - you care about what the numbers mean.

•       Strong communication skills: you can make a CFO and a network engineer both understand your analysis.

•       Proven experience working with stakeholders to define problems and deliver insights, not just reports.

•       Self-driven, ambitious, and willing to put in the work. This is a high-impact role.

Nice to Have:

•       Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a quantitative field.

•       Experience in telecom or other data-heavy industries (billing systems, large-scale CRM, ERP).

•       Exposure to data engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, data modeling, warehouse design).

•       Interest or early experience in AI/ML applications for business analytics.

•       Experience in a large organization with complex, cross-functional data challenges.
