Affiliate Manager

We are a fast-scaling player in the digital entertainment space. We’re looking for a results-oriented Affiliate Manager to lead our partner acquisition and retention strategies. As our Affiliate Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between our brand and a global network of partners. Your goal is to identify high-value traffic sources, negotiate sustainable deals, and optimize performance to ensure long-term, profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and media partners specifically within the gaming and digital entertainment niche.
• Nurture existing relationships by serving as the lead point of contact for technical support, performance updates, and creative strategy.
• Analyze daily traffic and conversion data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Structure and negotiate diverse commission models (CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid) to align with acquisition costs and LTV goals.
• Monitor affiliate activity to ensure brand safety, regulatory compliance, and the mitigation of fraudulent traffic.
• Deliver transparent weekly and monthly reports on key metrics including FTDs, NGR, and overall program trajectory.
  
  

• Native Russian speaker. Professional fluency is required to effectively manage and negotiate within the CIS market.
• 2-4 years of Affiliate Management experience specifically within Gaming, iGaming, or Esports.
• A proven portfolio of contacts and partners within the gaming affiliate ecosystem.
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking software (Cellxpert, Income Access, NetRefer) and analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build win-win terms in a competitive market.
• Comfortable "living in the data" you can spot where a campaign is underperforming and implement a fix immediately.
