Junior Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Operations Manager to take ownership of our marketing account supply and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the ongoing supply of marketing accounts, from initial creation through setup and final handover to campaign managers.
• Managing the full lifecycle of marketing accounts, including account creation, setup, configuration, license submissions, and ongoing communication with relevant platforms.
• Ensuring accounts are delivered in a timely, compliant, and operational-ready manner.
• Managing and coordinating a team of approximately 10 overseas employees, including task distribution, follow-ups, quality control, and performance monitoring.
• Working closely with internal teams to support smooth operational workflows.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – suitable for a junior candidate at the beginning of their career.
• University degree (required).
• Strong organizational skills with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
