We’re looking for a hands-on, highly technical and automation-driven Marketing Operations Manager who enjoys setting up workflows, connecting tools, and fixing day-to-day operational issues and making sure data, setups, and automations are accurate, consistent, and working as intended. 

This role is focused on execution - building and maintaining workflows, managing data, setting up campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and making sure our marketing operations run correctly day to day. 

As a Cognyter you will: 

• Work hands-on in HubSpot every day, building and maintaining workflows, lists, forms, properties, reports, scoring models, and lifecycle automations. 
• Set up and execute email campaigns and nurture flows, including segmentation, build, QA, testing, scheduling, and reporting. 
• Maintain HubSpot data hygiene, including database cleanup, properties, naming conventions, user setup, and ongoing data checks. 
• Manage lead uploads, segmentation, routing, lifecycle stages, and Marketing → SDR/Sales handoffs. 
• Support the HubSpot–Salesforce integration and troubleshoot sync errors, workflow conflicts, data issues, and integration failures. 
• Set up the operational side of webinars, including registration, integrations, tracking, lead processing, and follow-up. 
• Build and maintain AI-driven and automated workflows for repetitive marketing and operational tasks. 
• Regularly review existing workflows and automation to identify errors, outdated logic, or opportunities to simplify processes. 
• Create and maintain documentation and best practices for workflows, processes, and system setup. 

For that mission you’ll need: 

• 2–3 years of hands-on Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation experience, preferably in B2B. 
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience 
• Experience working with Salesforce and CRM integrations - an advantage. 
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, system configurations, and repetitive operational tasks where accuracy matters. 
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the patience to investigate why something isn't working. 
• Experience using AI and automation to improve operational processes. 
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple executional tasks independently. 
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, HTML, or integration tools is a plus.
