As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Partner to support our teams and help us attract and retain top talent across the organization.

This role combines hands-on recruitment with HR partnership, serving as the main HR point of contact for teams across multiple locations at Eastern Europe.

The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and other channels.
• Lead recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
  

• Act as the main HR point of contact (POC) for teams across Eastern Europe.
• Support employees and managers with HR-related topics including onboarding, employee experience, and HR processes.
• Assist with performance processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR programs.
• Work closely with leadership to support team growth and organizational needs.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR roles.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for engineering or technical positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple locations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
