We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our Acquisition Marketing team. In this role, you will support and contribute to the growth of our affiliate program, working closely with partners to drive sustainable acquisition and long-term value.
This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, optimizing performance, and working with data to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Recruitment & Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of affiliates, building strong partnerships that support growth and engagement.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data and KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a commercial mindset
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions based on KPIs and performance metrics
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experience working directly with media platforms is an advantage
- Marketing / Digital degree or diploma is an advantage
