We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data team and lead analytical processes, generate business insights, and build decision-support tools in a complex, multi-system environment.

Responsibilities

Proactively extract business insights from company data repositories, as well as upon reque
stIdentify business needs with decision-makers, define requirements, and translate them into data-driven solutio
nsBuild KPIs, reports, and analytical models to support decision-making for internal and external stakeholde
rsDevelop quantitative analyses, dashboards, and data mode
lsIdentify data gaps and improve data quality and validation process
esPerform complex analyses across cross-functional business process
esAnalyze trends and present findings in a clear, actionable manner

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Exact Sciences / Industrial Engineering & Management / or a related field – required
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst – required
Hands-on experience working with SQL-based databases – required
Experience developing / defining requirements / working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) – required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions
Independent, investigative mindset with a strong willingness to learn
