Role Overview

The Data Analyst will join Israel’s Operations team to support performance optimisation, courier supply management, and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires the ability to quickly grasp complex operational concepts, uncover insights from detailed data, and identify root causes of performance gaps while maintaining a clear understanding of broader trends.

You will combine multiple internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. A strong passion for data, operational excellence, and scalable process improvement is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SQL-based data models and work with large transactional datasets.
• Develop dashboards and automate recurring reports to ensure accurate, reliable performance tracking.Lead analytical initiatives and projects to enhance operational performance and courier efficiency.
• Design and analyse A/B tests to evaluate initiatives, campaigns, and incentive models.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, BI, and Data Engineering teams to drive timely, data-driven outcomes.
• Communicate analytical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery experience a must)
• Hands-on experience with Tableau
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Experience with A/B testing
  
  

• Experience working with large operational datasets and operational KPIs
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and data modelling layers
• Strong problem structuring and modelling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Looker and airflow advantage
