Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make insurance and pension accessible, transparent, and optimized - for individuals and businesses.
We׳re looking for an Affiliate Manager to spearhead and grow our affiliate channel. In this role, you will take full ownership of our partnership ecosystem and help shape how we turn affiliates into a meaningful growth engine as we scale.
what you will do:
- Own the affiliate channel end to end, from strategy to execution (build, manage, and scale).
- Act as a senior individual contributor, identifying and recruiting relevant partners: content sites, comparison platforms, communities, influencers, newsletters, and media companies.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements, including designing tailored incentive models and value propositions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance (CPA / CPL / LTV).
- Identify patterns and improve processes to turn early traction into a scalable engine.
who we're looking for:
- At least 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate, Partnerships, or Performance roles in Israel.
- Deep familiarity with local players and hands-on experience with affiliate networks, tracking systems, and analytics tools.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or financial services is a strong advantage.
- A strong closer with a practical mindset, analytical orientation, and the ability to lead without heavy structure.
