We're hiring an Enterprise Customer Partner to own our first enterprise customers as design partners:

• Run regular (mostly digital) conversations with retail/commerce teams.

• Understand their business and funnels (traffic → revenue), and how digital infrastructure and AI improve performance.

• Spot opportunities for improvement, expansion and partnerships – and turn them into real deals.

• Work closely with our team and bring sharp feedback on what really matters to customers.

• On top of managing existing customers, every inbound enterprise lead from our digital touchpoints goes through you – from first conversation to closed deal.

Who you are:

• Background in Customer Success / Account Management / BizDev / Growth with retailers, eCommerce or SaaS.

• You understand retail/commerce through numbers and outcomes, not just buzzwords.

  • • You are AI-native: you use AI tools daily and you're excited to break the old org chart lines between "sales", "CS" and "marketing" to own customer success end-to-end.
