A global rapidly growing AI gaming company- is seeking for a talented Lead Affiliate Manager!
Mission:
Build and scale the company's affiliate engine with strong quality control and
predictable weekly growth.
What you will do:
•Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and networks; maintain a clean partner pipeline.
•Own partner performance: caps, payouts, quality scoring, and compliance checks.
•Run a weekly routine: new landing pages, new creative packs, partner updates, and reporting.
•Coordinate with Funnels PM for landing page requirements and with Studio for partner packs.
•Work with Growth Ops to ensure clean tracking, postbacks, and attribution.
What you must have:
•Experience: 5+ years in affiliate marketing/partner management.
•Strong negotiation and relationship management; you can close and maintain top partners.
•Quality-first mindset: fraud detection instincts and compliance discipline.
•Hands-on startup operator; high tempo and strong organization
