Main Responsibilities

• Search for affiliate and traffic networks, and negotiate cooperation with our affiliate program in accordance with our conditions.
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts.
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information.
• Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need improvement or discontinuation.
• Coordinate with the creative team to prepare conversion-focused promotional materials for affiliates for specific GEOs (landing pages, teasers, and banners).
• Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates.
• Represent the company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, and seminars).

Requirements

• Native Russian speaker.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal — a must.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the iGaming industry as an affiliate manager.
• Understanding of the technical requirements for affiliate platforms.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A creative, “out-of-the-box” mindset and strong Excel capabilities.
• Good people skills.
• Understanding of product essentials and industry KPIs.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and user acquisition best practices (an advantage).
• Knowledge of the types of deals affiliates respond to.
• Knowledge of all acronyms used in the industry.
