A growing and innovative medical device startup is looking for a Clinical Operations Specialist for a diverse role that includes full support of clinical studies in Israel and abroad.
What will you do?
- Provide operational support throughout all stages of clinical studies – start-up, regulatory submissions, site initiation, and documentation management.
- Maintain ongoing communication with CROs, study sites, and vendors.
- Manage study documents in eTMF systems and clinical tracking tools.
- Perform site monitoring (CRA) in Israel and occasionally in Europe.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Medicine – required.
- CRA & GCP certifications – required.
- 3–4 years of experience in clinical operations, including monitoring – required.
- Hands-on experience with study start-up and regulatory submissions – required.
- Experience in the medical device industry – advantage.
