Clinical Operations Specialist

A growing and innovative medical device startup is looking for a Clinical Operations Specialist for a diverse role that includes full support of clinical studies in Israel and abroad.

What will you do?

• Provide operational support throughout all stages of clinical studies – start-up, regulatory submissions, site initiation, and documentation management.
• Maintain ongoing communication with CROs, study sites, and vendors.
• Manage study documents in eTMF systems and clinical tracking tools.
• Perform site monitoring (CRA) in Israel and occasionally in Europe.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Medicine – required.
• CRA & GCP certifications – required.
• 3–4 years of experience in clinical operations, including monitoring – required.
• Hands-on experience with study start-up and regulatory submissions – required.
• Experience in the medical device industry – advantage.
