The OpportunityWe are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to sell AdScale directly to eCommerce brands across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle from first call to close and be accountable for a clear quota. This is one of our fastest-growing business lines, and we are expanding the team to meet demand. Our Marketing team generates most opportunities, so success comes from speed to lead, disciplined execution, and thriving in a high-velocity environment.
This role is onsite at our Yokneam office in Israel, working with European customers.
Why this role- Short sales cycle: average about 30 days from first call to close
- Meaningful deal sizes: average deal size about $30K to $50K ARR
- Strong inbound engine: most opportunities are marketing-generated and high intent
- Uncapped upside: fair base plus uncapped commission with substantial earning potential for top performers
- Clear market focus: build a European book of business with strong support from Marketing
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, objection handling, negotiation, and close
- Work primarily with marketing-generated inbound leads, while maintaining light outbound to support pipeline coverage
- Run compelling virtual product demos tailored to eCommerce pain points such as ROAS, CAC, creative fatigue, scaling, and attribution
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene in CRM and forecast reliably
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and conversion
- Partner with Onboarding and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and a strong early customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed quota
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota consistently
- Strong consultative selling skills and commercial judgment
- High work ethic and comfort in a demanding, high-activity role, including speed to lead, follow-up intensity, and consistent execution
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred
- Experience selling to eCommerce brands a strong advantage
- Strong English communication skills required; additional European languages are a plus
- Ability to work onsite from our Yokneam office
