Affiliate Manager – iGaming

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate and traffic partners; negotiate and optimize commercial agreements

• Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, ensuring strong relationships and smooth account management

• Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance and prevent fraud or policy violations

• Analyze performance and sales reports, optimizing campaigns and phasing out underperformers

• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-converting assets across key GEOs (landings, banners, teasers)

• Launch new campaigns, promotions, and bonus structures to drive growth

• Represent the company at international industry events, conferences, and meetups

Requirements

• 2–3+ years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager within iGaming

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

• Solid understanding of affiliate platforms, performance marketing, and industry KPIs

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Russian is a plus

• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach
