Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Account Executive for our direct sales efforts. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is motivated by impact, and has experience in both direct enterprise sales and partner/channel management.
This role goes beyond traditional SaaS sales — we’re looking for someone who thrives on strategic thinking and complex deals
The ideal candidate is a native English speaker (or has near-native fluency), and brings relevant experience from the Prop-tech, energy, air quality, construction, or facility management sectors. This is a key commercial role that requires both a strategic and operational mindset, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals at the C-level within leading corporations.
We’re looking for someone with substantial, hands-on experience—someone who has led similar roles before and is ready to take ownership and deliver from day one. Being a team player is essential—collaboration and mutual support are part of our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
Primary responsibility is driving direct enterprise sales and closing new customers; partner and channel work supports this core goal.
● Manage and drive direct sales opportunities globally.
● Own the entire sales funnel: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
● Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and integrators.
Market & Business Insights
● Research and map target verticals and geographies for expansion.
● Provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams based on market needs.
Collaboration & Reporting
● Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead generation.
● Coordinate with operations and engineering to ensure smooth client deployments.
● Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM and report regularly on progress, wins, and gaps.
Must-Haves: This role requires all of the following.
● Native-level English fluency (written and spoken) or equivalent fluency.
● 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, specifically with major corporate clients.
● Proven ability to lead conversations and close deals with C-level executives.
● Multiple relevant commercial roles, ideally in fast-growing startups or tech ventures.
● Strong legal familiarity with LOIs, MSAs, and commercial agreements.
● Proven pipeline ownership and forecasting mastery.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills – must be a true people person.
● Strategic thinker with a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
● Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
● Comfortable working in an agile, hands-on startup environment.
● Willingness to travel internationally (10–30%).
Strong Advantages:
● Experience in Prop-tech, HVAC, air quality, energy, construction, or facility management.
● Experience selling software & hardware solutions.
● Additional language skills (Spanish, French, German etc.).
