Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Help Desk Team Leader to lead our HD team in a dynamic and technologically advanced environment. The role involves managing technical support operations, ensuring service availability for internal and external clients, and driving service quality and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Help Desk team, providing professional guidance and performance management.
• Oversee incident resolution, system monitoring, and technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with IT, infrastructure, and project management teams.
• Optimize workflows and support processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Work with a variety of operating systems, monitoring tools, and IT infrastructure components.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Help Desk or IT Support leadership roles.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments; Linux experience is a strong advantage.
• Background in complex IT ecosystems, including networking and virtualization – a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and team leadership capabilities.
