📌 Senior Business Operations Specialist – Zoom Real Estate Investments
Zoom Real Estate Investments (ZoomREI) is a rapidly growing international real estate investment company – a true one-stop shop for all real estate needs in the USA.
We combine advanced technology with massive marketing investments to locate and acquire properties with maximum profitability – and now we’re looking for a highly analytical and process-oriented Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our winning team.
🎯 Role Overview
In this role, you will serve as the Head of Acquisition’s right hand, ensuring that departmental goals are translated into daily operational success. You will be the "engine room" of the team—monitoring performance, auditing the pipeline, and driving operational discipline to ensure we hit our aggressive growth targets.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support (Right-Hand): Serve as the Head of Acquisition’s right-hand partner, providing high-level support and assisting with any departmental needs, challenges, or urgent priorities as they arise.
- Performance Monitoring & Data Insights: Build and maintain weekly dashboards to provide visibility into departmental health; evaluate performance across reps, marketing campaigns, and lead channels.
- Pipeline Audit & Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of all active "Opportunities" to ensure data integrity; identify neglected leads and process bottlenecks in real-time.
- Critical Monitoring: Closely track "Back-to-Acquisition" statuses and Renegotiations, reporting immediately on any lack of execution.
- Operational Discipline: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and assist leadership in turning strategic plans into actionable workflows and "Special Projects."
- Training & Development: Support the creation of training materials and process documentation; identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Synchronize with all relevant departments to improve transparency and ensure a seamless flow of information.
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Ops, or a similar analytical role – Must.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com) – Must.
- Native/Fluent English – Required.
- Real Estate experience – Major Advantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to simplify complex data into clear action items for the team.
- "Get-it-done" Attitude: Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional executive presence.
