Affiliate Manager

Job Title: Affiliate Manager – Gaming (Sweepstakes) Job Description: As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our network of affiliate partners within the gaming sector, focusing on sweepstakes and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with affiliates to develop strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

● Affiliate Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates who can drive quality traffic and conversions for our sweepstakes and gaming promotions.

● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, guidance, and optimization strategies to enhance performance.

● Campaign Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and adherence to KPIs

. ● Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and revenue, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

● Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional materials, creative assets, and marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

● Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

● Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our affiliate strategies innovative and effective

Qualifications:

● Experience: Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in the gaming or iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of sweepstakes and promotional marketing.

● Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in affiliate marketing software.

● Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.

● Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

● Language: Proficiency in English is required
