Watergen Ltd is redefining how people access fresh drinking water — and we’re looking for a Global Service & Support Engineer who can keep our technology performing at its best, anywhere in the world.
What you’ll do:
- Install, operate, troubleshoot, and repair Watergen devices across global markets
- Deliver technical trainings and certify technicians and partners
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for international customers
- Document service activities and manage tickets through our CRM systems
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and Training teams to improve service quality
- Produce clear technical documentation, guides, and support materials
- Represent Watergen professionally during customer visits, demos, and field operations
What you bring:
- 5–6 years of hands-on technical experience (water systems, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or similar)
- High-level technical English — verbal and written
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think clearly under pressure
- Confidence in delivering trainings, presentations, and customer-facing sessions
- Advantage: experience with Priority or Salesforce
- Advantage: background in HVAC or electrical certifications
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours when needed
- Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
