Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the company's human resources processes
• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
• Manage and lead the recruitment processes: Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes of new employees
• Responsibility for the well-being experience of the employees through providing updated solutions in various fields of welfare, including birthday gifts, company celebrations, holiday celebrations and gifts, fun days, happy hours and more
• Responsibility for organizational development and training: organizational changes, manager's development, feedback processes, performance evaluation, etc.
• Build and execute the company's welfare plan
• Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as LinkedIn, GitHub, communities forums, Facebook, etc.
• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns
• Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience and employer branding
• Creating reports and examining data to make the HR processes more efficient

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an HR/Recruitment Manager from Hi-Tech/Agencies Companies
• BA in a related field from a leading institution, MA/MBA - advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Managing and accompanying the candidate's recruitment process while creating a positive and attentive experience
• Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
• Proven experience in behavioral phone interviews
• Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
