People Partner (Branches)

As a People Partner, you will bridge the needs of our international branches with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities:

• Building strong partnerships with managers and providing HR advisory for international branches
• Implementing and developing professional growth processes, performance reviews, and training programs
• Supporting organizational change management and conflict resolution
• Advising on labor law, benefits, and compensation
• Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics and recommending actions to improve organizational effectiveness
• Initiating and managing HR projects and implementing modern HR tools and technologies
• Supporting recruitment processes at a strategic level

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an People Partner in the tech industry
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and best practices in people management
• Experience with development initiatives, restructuring, and organizational change
• Ability to provide strategic HR advisory and build strong partnerships with leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and recommendations
• Familiarity with modern HR tools and IT systems supporting HR processes
• Proactivity, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
