HRBP-12-month maternity leave replacement
Responsibilities
- Partner with employees and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance management, retention, and offboarding.
- Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers at various levels, including workforce planning, employee integration and day-to-day people management.
- Support organizational needs across business units, collaborating closely with local and global leadership.
- Lead organizational processes such as employee development programs, engagement initiatives and retention activities.
- Handle employee relations matters, apply HR policies, and interpret global guidelines while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
- Work closely with HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Global HR teams.
- Collect, analyze and present HR data and insights to managers (turnover trends, performance data, workforce metrics).
- Manage and support cross-functional HR projects as needed.
Key Skills Required
- 3–5 years of experience as an HRBP or independent HR professional in a global company.
- Strong capability to advise managers, build relationships and manage complex stakeholder interactions.
- Solid knowledge of Israeli labor laws and hands-on experience with employee relations.
- High level of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with HR reports and data.
- Ability to lead processes independently, demonstrate initiative and apply strategic, end-to-end thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, service orientation and teamwork.
