The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Go-To-Market teams to support our next phase of growth. You’ll provide strategic HR guidance while remaining hands-on with operational people processes — ensuring our teams are supported, engaged, and set up for success.

You’ll be joining at an exciting point in our journey, with new markets opening, headcount rising, and a deep need for strong People partnership as we scale. If you enjoy owning initiatives end-to-end and want to leave a lasting imprint on a growing business, this is the perfect role.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on org design, workforce planning, performance, and talent development.
• Support managers with coaching, leadership development, and effective people management best practices.
• Shape and deliver people programmes across onboarding, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and capability building.
• Drive employee experience initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and connection across teams.
• Lead or support HR projects such as compensation reviews, policy updates, career pathways, and DEI initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters with discretion, clarity, and fairness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on growth plans to ensure we bring in exceptional talent aligned with our values.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making, track engagement, and influence leadership conversations.
• Ensure HR operations and compliance run smoothly in a multi-jurisdiction, fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an HRBP or Senior People Partner, ideally within SaaS, technology, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices across employee relations, performance, and organisational development.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure as we grow.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge, influence, and coach leaders.
• High emotional intelligence with a people-first approach to decision-making.
• Experience supporting international teams or scaling organisations is a strong advantage.
