A fast-growing AdTech company in Tel Aviv, is hiring an Account / Affiliate Manager to drive publisher partnerships, increase monetization and scale our XML/API supply.
What you’ll do:
*Own day-to-day relationships with publisher/affiliate partners and grow partnership value
*Lead technical onboarding and XML/API / OpenRTB integrations with publisher teams
*Optimize eCPM, fill rate and RPM through traffic analysis and configuration changes
*Collaborate with Sales, Tech and Product to troubleshoot and improve delivery and monetization
*Use traffic verification tools and resolve compliance/quality issues
*Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports and propose revenue-driving actions
What we’re looking for:
*2–4 years in Account Management, Affiliate, Media Buying, Programmatic or a Supply role at an ad network/SSP/exchange
*Practical knowledge of XML feeds, RTB/OpenRTB concepts and ad monetization workflows
*Strong analytical understanding of eCPM, RPM, fill rate and traffic quality metrics
*Experience or comfort working with traffic verification/compliance tools (GeoEdge, AdScore or similar) — nice-to-have but not mandatory
*Excellent written & spoken English; Hebrew is a plus
*Tech-savvy, hands-on, and customer-oriented
Nice to have / can be trained:
*Prior experience with publisher onboarding / integrations (we can train strong Account/Affiliate hires on XML/OpenRTB)
*Familiarity with programmatic platforms (SSP/DSP) or ad servers
