🚀 We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM)

This is a key role for someone who loves working with customers, understands SaaS deeply, and wants to be part of a company where Customer Success truly matters.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own strategic customer relationships and play a central role in driving adoption, value, and long-term growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Own and grow relationships with key customers
Lead onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers see value fast
Drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Act as the voice of the customer internally
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Support to shape the customer journey
Use data and insights to improve customer health and satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

3–8 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management in a SaaS environment
Strong business mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to build trust and become a strategic partner for customers
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
Fluent English (written and verbal)
