It combines AI-driven analytics, behavioral segmentation, and optimized funnel design to match high-intent users with iGaming advertisers in real time.
For publishers, Gemified provides end-to-end support, from tailored landing flows to payout optimization, with the goal of maximizing monetization while maintaining brand alignment.
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our growing iGaming team. You’ll be responsible
for sourcing, onboarding, and managing affiliates to drive high-quality traffic and conversions across our brands.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPA, FTDs, ROI, etc.)
- Optimize traffic sources, funnels, and creative strategies
- Negotiate deals and commission structures to maximize results
- Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a strong plus
- Fluent English and Russian (both spoken and written)
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-oriented
