IT Specialist

We're looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage internal systems and resolve complex technical issues.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Implement and maintain internal organizational systems
• Perform software upgrades, testing, and routine maintenance
• Lead infrastructure and software projects
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware and software issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
• Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Systems, OR-
• Software Engineer Industrial and Management Engineer

Experience:

• 3+ years providing technical support up to Tier 3 level
• Proven experience with terminal server environments
• Hands-on experience with endpoint troubleshooting (hardware/software)
• Strong knowledge of networks and communication infrastructure
• Expert-level proficiency in Windows OS and Office applications

🌟 Advantages:

• Experience with pharmacy systems
• Familiarity with QFLOW system
• SQL query writing skills
