We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager (External) to join our team and lead partnership growth across multiple regions.

The role involves identifying and onboarding new affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable growth for RGG Play.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for external partners, ensuring smooth communication and maximum performance across Web3, gaming, and crypto communities.

• Identify, recruit, and manage new affiliate partners globally.
• Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and performance incentives.
• Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI and community growth.
• Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with RGG Play’s ecosystem goals.
• Stay up-to-date on Web3, GameFi, and digital marketing trends.

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role.
• Strong network within crypto, Web3, or gaming communities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
