Job Description:

• Managing all software testing activities – from test planning to execution, including:
• Leading and managing a team of QA engineers
• Developing and implementing testing strategies
• Defining test scenarios and regression tests
• Performing both manual and automated testing
• Developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and infrastructure
• The role combines hands-on work (both in automation development and manual testing) with team leadership responsibilities.
• Involves close collaboration with development teams and various internal stakeholders in a challenging, multi-project environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree or Software Engineering diploma.
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing using established testing methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation infrastructures.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and leading a QA team.
• Experience in reviewing specifications and leading the team through test scenarios.
• Experience in writing test documentation according to procedures, standards, and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Cypress and/or Playwright and JavaScript.
• Experience in testing both client-side and server-side components.
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
• Programming background in C#.NET – an advantage.
• Background in Web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) – an advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOps environments – an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies – an advantage.
