About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Automation Team Lead to guide, mentor, and drive our test automation and QA team forward. In this role, you will balance technical leadership with hands-on automation development, ensuring high quality, innovation, and smooth integration with our development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of automation engineers and manual QA testers.

• Maintain a strong hands-on focus, designing and writing clean, scalable automation code.

• Drive technical excellence through structured Design Reviews and Code Reviews.

• Collaborate closely with Cross-functional teams including R&D, Architecture, DevOps, and Product Management.

• Foster innovation by integrating modern Generative AI tools and smart automation solutions into the testing lifecycle.

• Define quality metrics, establish clear objectives, and continuously improve automation coverage and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in leading automation and QA teams (managing both automation developers and manual testers).

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in test automation development.

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Java, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.

• Proven experience with API automation, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.

• Solid background in CI/CD environments and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket.

• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools for software development and automation enhancement.

• Familiarity with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
