QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join the founding team of a well-funded EdTech startup. As part of our R&D group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of a product that will be used by millions worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to influence the testing culture and processes from the ground up, in a fast-paced consumer environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for mobile and server applications.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases to ensure product quality at scale.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify, document, and resolve issues.
• Build QA processes, methodologies, and tools as part of the founding QA function.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and stability for a global consumer product with high user traffic.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in fast-growing consumer B2C companies.
• Proven experience testing consumer applications with large-scale user bases.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
• Mobile testing experience (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience in early-stage startups or building QA processes from scratch.
• Performance and load testing experience for high-traffic applications.
