We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Director to lead the growth of an innovative Data and AI company.
This is a core role that is particularly suitable for experienced sales professionals from the world of technology services, who are interested in promotion to a management role with strategic responsibility.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end leadership of sales processes: meetings (physical and digital), writing proposals, managing negotiations and expanding activity with existing customers.
- Formulating and executing the company's sales and marketing strategy, including managing an external marketing provider.
- Creating, developing and deepening collaborations with software providers and technology partners.
- Managing and supporting tender response processes
- Developing and implementing effective sales methodologies to improve business results.
- Working closely with company management to plan and execute business plans and growth goals.
Full-time, hybrid position.
Job Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in sales at technology services companies (experience in the field of data and AI is an advantage).
- High communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to lead and work independently while managing a workload at the same time.
- High technological orientation and understanding of the worlds of data and innovation.
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage sales processes.
